Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer to join our Product Engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience building scalable web applications, developing backend services and APIs, optimizing databases, and delivering high-quality products within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails web applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
• Create reusable, secure, and high-performance application components using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Implement Sidekiq for background job processing and optimize with Redis caching.
• Write clean, efficient code following OOP principles and MVC architecture best practices.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and automated testing suites to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate effectively in remote Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory: Ruby, RoR Framework, REST APIs, MVC Architecture, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Git Version Control, Sidekiq, Redis, Unit Testing.
PREFERRED: AWS Cloud Services, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, GraphQL, React.js/Vue.js.
