Ruby On Rails Developer

We’re Hiring | Senior Full Stack Engineer at Shanti Educational Initiatives based in Ahmedabad (Hybrid). Are you a passionate Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience in scalable product development, AI-assisted workflows, and complex technical challenges?

We seek an experienced professional with:

• Strong hands-on experience with React (mandatory), JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Backend expertise in Ruby on Rails (preferred), Node.js, Go, or Elixir
• System design and architecture knowledge for scalable applications
• Experience with AI/ML tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor
• Cloud infrastructure with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• B2B SaaS/enterprise product exposure (preferred)
• Observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills

Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office or Hybrid). Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST. Ideal candidate: 7–12 years of experience.
