RPA Support Engineer

Wissen Technology is seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Support Engineer (UiPath) to provide Level 2 production support for UiPath-based automation solutions in Bengaluru. This role requires strong experience in incident management, bot monitoring, and production troubleshooting within enterprise RPA environments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a solid understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots. Responsibilities include monitoring bot executions, analyzing incidents, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), handling exceptions, and managing Orchestrator assets. You will coordinate with L3 teams, ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards, and maintain operational documentation. Experience with SQL, APIs, ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. UiPath certification and basic scripting knowledge are considered beneficial. This is a hybrid role requiring participation in a shift/on-call support model as needed.
