Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer (UiPath)

Flairdeck Consulting is seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range and involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing intelligent RPA bots. The role requires expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and modern components such as AI Center and Document Understanding. You will assess automation feasibility, consult on solutions including process and task mining, and collaborate with business analysts to implement and automate processes using UiPath and AI. Key responsibilities include reducing technical debt, ensuring scalable and reusable automation frameworks, supporting existing processes, and resolving complex issues. The ideal candidate will develop solutions with a focus on data security, integration, infrastructure, and performance, maximizing robot utilization. Experience integrating cognitive capabilities like OCR, NLP, and machine learning for unstructured data handling is essential. Adherence to best practices for CI/CD pipelines and version control for automation deployments is also required. Strong experience in SAP automation, Excel data manipulation, and PDF data extraction is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement intelligent RPA bots interacting with multiple applications and systems.
• Build high-quality automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and modern components (including AI Center, Document Understanding, and Integration Service).
• Quickly assess feasibility and provide consultation on automation solutions, including process mining and task mining for optimization.
• Collaborate with Process Owners/ Business Analysts to implement and automate processes using UiPath and AI-driven enhancements.
• Actively reduce technical debt and ensure scalable, reusable automation frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of structured change control, resolving complex issues.
• Develop solutions considering data security, integration, infrastructure, and performance, ensuring maximum robot utilization.
• Integrate cognitive capabilities such as OCR, NLP, and machine learning models for handling unstructured data.
• Apply best practices for CI/CD pipelines and version control for automation deployments.
• Excellent experience in SAP automation, Excel data manipulation, and PDF data extraction.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Official notice period of 30–45 days or currently serving notice.
• >=4 years of experience in developing UiPath solutions, including AI Center and Document Understanding.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of live robots.
• Hands-on experience in .NET or Python for custom activities and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based RPA deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and autonomous bot behavior.
• UiPath certifications (e.g. Automation Developer Professional) will be a plus.
• Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and API integrations.
• Experience in preparing Solution Design Documents and following governance standards.
