RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operations SMEs and stakeholders to meticulously document existing business processes at a granular, keystroke level, essential for UiPath Robotic Process Automation development. You will serve as a central point of contact, facilitating accurate requirements gathering and ensuring adequate IT security access for Bots and Developers. This includes working with various LDC Local & Global IT teams (Infra/Applications/RPA Global) on access requirements and setups, while ensuring IT infrastructure and business application stability. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, including analysis, documentation (PDD, SDD), user manual creation, training, and post-implementation support. You will provide continuous, formal updates to project stakeholders, offering clear visibility on progress, risks, and potential delays, and developing action plans with defined roles and responsibilities. Leading projects from process analysis to PDD/SDD creation, process flows, exception handling, and risk mitigation is key. You will work with RPA developers to build the final 'to-be' state RPA solutions, utilizing MS Visio for process flows. Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring business Go-Live approval, along with managing RPA KPIs and creating dashboards using Power BI & ElasticSearch Kibana are integral parts of this role. Maintaining the RPA pipeline, process selection based on FFA criteria, project charters, and stakeholder status monitoring with precise RACI will be expected. You will also manage the Bot user inventory, allocation, license utilization, and monitor Bot runs. Furthermore, you will engage with business stakeholders to enhance RPA KPIs post-production and provide detailed analysis for any performance impacts, such as high exceptions or low business usage. We are looking for candidates with a Graduate or Post-graduate degree, preferably with an IT background, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a Business Analyst. Experience with RPA tools like UiPath and Abbyy OCR is preferred. The ability to analyze and question existing processes for accurate understanding, including business and system exceptions, is crucial. Excellent written skills for producing detailed PDD/SDD documents, along with mandatory experience in Power BI and MS Visio flow diagrams, are required. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills are essential for collaborating with SMEs, business process owners, and the development team. The ideal candidate will be a team player capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to unforeseen work demands.
