We are seeking an experienced Robotics Development Engineer specializing in Mechatronics & Systems Integration for a role based in Mumbai, India.

Role Overview:

In this hands-on position, you will design, develop, and integrate robotic systems including semi-automated scanners, crawlers, and inspection solutions. The ideal candidate combines expertise in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, motion control, and sensor integration to deliver functional equipment from prototype stage through field deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Design: Create CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs for mechanisms, chassis, transmissions, and sensor-payload mounts.
• Actuator Integration: Select and integrate motors, actuators, gearboxes, drives, and encoders to optimize motion, positioning, and coordinated scanning operations.
• Sensor Fusion: Integrate inspection instruments with mechanical structures and control architectures. Embedded-controller and communication-interface experience is highly valued.
• R&D & Deployment: Participate in fabrication, assembly, prototype testing, troubleshooting, and field trials, refining designs based on real-world results.
