Robotics Development Engineer — Mechatronics & Systems Integration

We are seeking an experienced hands-on engineer to design, develop, and integrate advanced robotic systems, semi-automated scanners, crawlers, and inspection solutions. The ideal candidate will seamlessly combine mechanical engineering principles with mechatronics expertise, motion control strategies, and sophisticated sensor integration to deliver robust equipment from prototype stage through successful field deployment in the Navi Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanism Design: Engineer chassis, transmissions, sensor-payload mounts; generate precise CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Component Integration: Select and integrate motors, actuators, gearboxes, drives, and encoders to optimize motion control, positioning accuracy, and coordinated scanning operations.
• Sensor Fusion: Integrate diverse inspection instruments with mechanical structures and control architectures; embedded-controller and communication-interface experience is a significant advantage.
• End-to-End Execution: Actively participate in fabrication, assembly, prototype testing, troubleshooting, and field trials to refine designs based on real-world performance data.
