About the Role

RoadCast is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their dynamic team in Bawana, Delhi, India. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of their AI-driven automation and agentic intelligence solutions, specifically within the Mark8IQ platform. You will be instrumental in defining product strategy, driving feature development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and iterate on product roadmaps, features, and priorities, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify promising product opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories and precise product specifications.
• Manage ClickUp sprints, diligently monitoring progress and facilitating collaboration across various cross-functional teams.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guarantee the release of high-quality, robust products.
• Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, and user behavior patterns to recommend and implement strategic improvements.
• Partner with AI and analytics teams to foster data-driven decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Engage with clients and analysts to deeply understand their pain points and translate these insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly product performance reports for both internal stakeholders and client reviews.
• Create and maintain essential product documentation, facilitate agile task distribution, and develop comprehensive training materials.
• Act as a crucial liaison between business, technical, and AI teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent alignment.
• Actively participate in roadmap discussions, contributing to the strategic vision of AI-driven automation and agentic intelligence within Mark8IQ.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or within SaaS-based product environments.
• A strong understanding of e-commerce or digital marketplace ecosystems is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like ClickUp or Jira.
• An analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or prior experience working with data science teams is considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
