As an Azure Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing robust data solutions, and implementing them on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing ETL processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF), writing Python scripts for data operations, and leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to create intuitive user interfaces, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for efficient ETL processes.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Python scripts to support data operations and integrate with ADF.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to build user-friendly interfaces, automate business processes, and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ADF solutions.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to data transformation and processing.
• Implement data validation and error handling mechanisms for data integrity.
• Document all developed systems and processes to ensure transparency and consistency.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of ADF solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data handling technologies and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an ADF Developer.
• Hands-on experience with various data architectures, including complex data models and data governance principles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ETL processes.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate).
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure services.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in debugging complex systems.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
