Join Nuvo, a dynamic company building the future of trade finance for the physical goods economy. We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager to lead our entire revenue operations function. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with finance and sales leadership to optimize systems and processes, directly contributing to our go-to-market strategy. You will own the lead routing from initial contact through SDR and AE handoff, ensuring accurate marketing attribution within HubSpot. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and implementing new sales tools to boost team efficiency, developing insightful dashboards and reporting for real-time leadership visibility, and monitoring deal progression while upholding CRM data accuracy. You'll also support deal reviews, manage the closed-won process, and administer commission plans, acting as the central point of contact for all compensation-related inquiries.
This is a full-time, onsite position in San Francisco, CA.
