Join the SAP Returnship Program and relaunch your career in SAP Security and GRC with a focus on S/4HANA implementation. This program is designed for individuals who have been out of the workforce for a year or more and are eager to return. As part of the Adoption Service Center, you will work with customers to ensure their SAP environments are secure and operate seamlessly.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and auditing SAP security and authorizations for S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud, BTP, and SAC in greenfield or conversion projects.
• Leveraging consulting expertise in SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Identity Access Governance, Process Control, Risk Management), Single Sign-On, BTP Cloud Identity services, and Audit Management.
• Applying strong knowledge of SAP technologies and methodologies, with a focus on advanced security areas like data security, cloud security, and data privacy.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of technical solutions for implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering customer relationships.
• Adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment and driving results through initiative and responsibility.
• Building strong relationships with peers and clients, and committing to continuous professional learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP Application Security, SAP GRC products, SAP IDM, and SAP SSO. (End-user support or application maintenance roles are not applicable).
• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong foundation in S/4HANA Security is essential.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC suite, SAP Single Sign-On, and SAP Identity Management.
• Technical knowledge and experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related solutions (Identity Authentication, Identity Access Governance, Identity Provisioning) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with SAP SaaS and on-premise products.
• Working knowledge of Operating System and Database security.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and security testing.
• Technical coding skills in SQL, JavaScript, and at least one programming language (JAVA or Python) are beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Openness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore / Gurgaon.
• SAP certifications (Security Professional, GRC) or relevant vendor-neutral security certifications (ISO 27001/31000, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+) are highly regarded.
