The Information Technology group delivers high-quality solutions essential for client needs. The Enterprise Test Engineering (ETE) family ensures all applications meet quality standards, covering functional testing, non-functional testing, and test architecture.
Impact & Responsibilities
As a Resiliency Test Engineer, you will validate non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, environment management, and infrastructure. You will develop automation frameworks using Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Groovy-based Jenkins pipelines to automate test execution and reporting.

What You Will Do
- Execute performance scenarios based on user stories and architecture.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for continuous validation.
- Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot issues using logs and monitoring tools while adhering to DTCC standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2-4 years).
- Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, Jenkins CI/CD, Groovy scripting, Java (Spring Boot), and Python.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Testing practices.
Talents Needed
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with React for building dashboards (preferred).
- Solid understanding of Load/Stress/Soak testing, Capacity Planning, and Performance Tuning concepts.
