Residential Asset Manager

RIO Real Estate, a rapidly expanding property management company overseeing more than 200 residential and commercial properties in the Denver-Metro region, is seeking a dedicated Residential Asset Manager. This role is crucial for planning, directing, and coordinating the governance activities of properties within our portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing and supervising property administration, improvements, maintenance, and general operations. The position also involves designing, scheduling, and coordinating upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, and construction projects. The Residential Asset Manager will be responsible for rent collection, including eviction processes, conducting regular inspections to assess repair and maintenance needs, and acting as the primary liaison between tenants and owners. Developing and executing marketing plans for vacant spaces and enforcing lease agreements, rules, and regulations for tenants, visitors, and the community are also essential duties. The role may include other related tasks as assigned.
