This vital role ensures the highest quality of person-centered services for residents, fostering an environment that enhances their quality of life and expands access to support. The Residential Administrator is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of residents, maintaining compliance with all licensing, agency, and regulatory requirements, and supervising staff. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing facility standards, managing service coordination for residents, overseeing quality assurance, recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, monitoring resident documentation, and identifying staff training needs. The role also involves ensuring proper personnel documentation, potentially transporting residents, and performing other assigned duties to support our mission.
