Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated models using optimization algorithms and ML frameworks to address high-impact business problems.
• Analyze vast datasets to uncover insights, explain trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Inbound, S&OP, Transportation, and Supply Planning to translate complex operational needs into technical specifications.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance key supply chain metrics through process engineering and model implementation.
• Bridge the gap between data science and business strategy by communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Mandatory:
• Advanced degree (M.S. or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience solving business problems through cross-domain partnerships.
• Expertise in Optimization and Machine Learning with proven deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong Python programming skills utilizing major ML libraries.
• Proficiency in optimization solvers such as Gurobi, Xpress, or CPLEX.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and documentation platforms like Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing projects and manage complex workflows.

Preferred:
• 2+ years of specific experience in supply chain business problems.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning (NNs, CNNs, LSTM) and Reinforcement Learning models.
