Full Job Description
Scoutit is seeking skilled Research Analysts to join our team in Noida, India. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary range of INR 20,00,000 to 25,00,000 per year. As a Research Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and support our clients' organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collect data from primary and secondary sources, including conducting research surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consumer immersions.
- Extract relevant information from market reports, industry publications, and online databases.
- Analyze collected data to derive actionable insights that support informed decision-making and achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct user testing on visual designs and application prototypes to gather feedback, identify pain points, and enhance customer journeys and application adoption.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decisions and anticipate market shifts.
- Track market growth, consumer buying behavior, emerging technologies, and analyze competitor product activities to identify potential opportunities and gain a competitive advantage.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing data from diverse sources.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis tools and techniques, to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying research findings and insights to various audiences.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
