Scoutit is seeking dynamic Research Analysts to join our team in Delhi, India. This permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from INR 20,00,000 to 25,00,000 per year. We are looking for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather data from diverse primary and secondary sources.
• Conduct comprehensive research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and consumer immersion activities.
• Extract critical information from market reports, industry publications, and online databases.
• Analyze collected data to generate actionable insights that support informed organizational decision-making and goal achievement.
• Perform user testing on visual designs and application prototypes to assess user reactions, identify pain points, and gather feedback for enhancing customer journeys and application adoption.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behaviors to inform strategic decisions and anticipate market shifts.
• Track market growth, consumer buying patterns, emerging technologies, and analyze competitor product strategies to identify opportunities and secure a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize data from various sources.
• Quantitative Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques for data-driven recommendations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively presenting research findings to diverse audiences.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and reliability in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
