Join a high-growth, modern startup as a Remote Senior or Staff Software Engineer focused on Agentic AI and full-stack development.
The Opportunity
We are building an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. With recent $200MM funding and rapid growth, we need experienced engineers to drive the next generation of our architecture.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ruby & Rails Expertise: Partner with senior developers using frameworks since v2.3; implement core functional features.
- AWS Cloud Engineering: Design and build on AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3) including infrastructure as code via Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Full Stack Development: Build React/TypeScript components for custom user experiences.
- AI Integration: Prototype and ship AI features using LLMs. Experience with Agentic AI is a plus; we are prompt-first and use tools like Cursor, Claude, Replit to increase velocity.
What You Need
You must have strong experience in Ruby/Ruby on Rails and React/AWS. Knowledge of modern AI agents (GenAI) is highly valued but not strictly required if you show interest. Experience with Postgres, Linux, and DevOps tools like Terraform/Ansible is a significant plus.
