Remote Staff SW Engineer

About the Role

Join our high-growth engineering team as a Remote Staff Software Engineer. This is a permanently remote position offering $150,000-$240,000 base salary plus benefits. We are seeking an expert in Ruby on Rails and React with experience building full-stack applications using Agentic AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Rails developers (framework version 2.3+) to implement core functionality.
• Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related APIs.
• Build integrations that expand platform capabilities for wealth managers and solo advisors.
• Make architectural decisions driving the next generation of our tech stack.
• Maintain components in both React/TypeScript to create custom, user-experience-led features.

What You Bring

You are a Staff/Senior engineer with deep expertise in Ruby/Rails and AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3). Experience developing full-stack applications utilizing Agentic AI is required. Familiarity with our preferred AI tools—Cursor, Claude, Replit—and infrastructure-as-code platforms like Terraform or Ansible is a significant plus.
