Remote Software Engineer – Go

Turing seeks a **Tech Lead-Level Software Engineer** to contribute to groundbreaking projects in LLM evaluation and training. Your role will involve analyzing and triaging GitHub issues, setting up and configuring repositories (including Dockerization), and evaluating unit test coverage. You’ll modify and test real-world codebases to assess LLM performance in bug-fixing scenarios. Collaborate with researchers to identify challenging repositories and issues for AI model improvement. This contract role requires **4+ years of experience**, proficiency in Git, Docker, and software pipelines, and strong expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Ruby). Experience with open-source contributions and developer tools is a plus. Work in a fully remote environment with flexible time commitments (20/30/40 hrs/week) and opportunities to lead junior engineers.
