Remote LLM Agentic Trainer

Turing is seeking a Remote LLM Agentic Trainer, specifically a Programmer, to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is crucial for validating and ensuring the quality of training data used in the development of advanced agentic AI systems. The primary responsibilities include creating and manipulating structured JSON tasks for function-calling workflows, maintaining data consistency and accuracy, and aligning datasets with cutting-edge AI requirements. Daily tasks involve validating large-scale training datasets to strict quality standards, working closely with AI researchers to align data with agentic AI use cases, monitoring data integrity, and contributing to documentation and best practices for dataset preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in a programming language like Python, JavaScript, or Java, a solid understanding of SQL for data management, and expertise in handling JSON. A keen attention to detail, a focus on data quality, and an interest in agentic AI, LLMs, or NLP are essential. Prior experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for Agent AI is a bonus. This is a fully remote contractor assignment, offering an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects. The role requires a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day and 20 hours per week, with a required overlap of 4 hours with PST. The contract duration is initially 1 month, adjustable based on engagement. The evaluation process includes an automated coding challenge and a function calling MCQ test.
