About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Developer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable data governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Reltio MDM solutions aligned with specific client requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Reltio data models (entities, attributes, relationships) including survivorship rules and reference data management.
• Configure and optimize Match & Merge logic to enhance entity resolution accuracy and overall data quality.
• Implement Lifecycle Actions (LCAs), Data Change Request (DCR) workflows for automated processing.
• Develop and manage Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) pipelines for seamless inbound/outbound data integration.
• Lead migration, cleansing, and enrichment initiatives during implementation phases.
• Monitor system performance, tune match rules, and optimize large-scale data processing jobs.
• Partner with data stewards to ensure strict compliance with governance policies and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Reltio Expertise: 2+ years in MDM implementations; 1+ year of hands-on experience specifically with the Reltio platform including data modeling, DCR workflows, ROCS utilities, and LCAs.
• Integration & APIs: Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, and AWS services (S3, Lambda).
• Programming: Proficiency in Python or Java for developing automation scripts, integration tools, or custom utilities.
• Governance: Experience configuring RBAC roles, validation rules, and quality checks within data governance frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and experience working in fast-paced, distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge in Retail, CPG, Healthcare, or Supply Chain sectors.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and event-driven integration patterns.
• Reltio certification (strongly preferred).
