Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (RME Coordinator) - Delhi, India

Amazon Railings is seeking a skilled Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (RME Coordinator) to join our team in Delhi, India. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational excellence of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Develop comprehensive training plans for service technicians.
• Design and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, including branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and various wiring methods and materials.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex control systems, including relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programs, including ladder logic, components (CPU backplanes, I/O boards, counters, modules, devices), and communication modules (Ethernet).
• Mentor and motivate technicians, providing guidance to help them achieve departmental and individual goals.
• Foster strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance individual performance.
• Manage the procurement process by raising purchase requisitions and coordinating with vendors for site work execution.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain accurate records at all sites.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, or Instrumentation and Controls engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in conveyors, automation, or control systems maintenance.
