Reliability & Maintenance Engineer - RME Coordinator in Delhi, India

Amazon Alliance is seeking a skilled Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (RME) Coordinator to join our team in Delhi, India. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of our distribution goals.

About the Role:

The RME Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining and troubleshooting our complex conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure. You will collaborate with service technicians, design innovative solutions for challenging problems, and effectively manage outside contractors. The ability to be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines is essential. You will be instrumental in developing strategic plans to achieve departmental and distribution objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting of all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Design and implement training programs for service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and manage robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to ensure system reliability.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, including branch circuits, lighting, transformers, and associated wiring.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
• Troubleshoot PLC programs, including ladder logic, components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, devices), and communication modules (Ethernet).
• Mentor and motivate technicians, providing guidance and direction to foster their professional growth and goal achievement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Deliver constructive feedback to enhance individual performance and team effectiveness.
• Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors for on-site work execution.
• Ensure the meticulous documentation and maintenance of site records.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, or Instrumentation and Controls engineering fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of experience in the maintenance of conveyors, automation systems, or control systems.
