Reliability & Maintenance Engineer, RME Coordinator - Delhi, India

Amazon Thunder is seeking a skilled Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (RME) Coordinator to join our team in Delhi, India. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with service technicians to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Design effective solutions for challenging problems.
  • Manage and coordinate with external contractors.
  • Be on-call for emergency situations and respond promptly.
  • Effectively handle multiple projects and daily activities while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve departmental and distribution center goals.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Create and implement training plans for service technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, including branch circuits, lighting, transformers, and wiring methods.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
  • Troubleshoot PLC programs, including ladder logic, component diagnostics (CPU backplanes, I/O boards, counters, modules, devices), and communication modules (Ethernet).
  • Mentor technicians by providing motivation, guidance, and direction to support their professional growth and goal achievement.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Provide constructive and enriching feedback to enhance individual performance.
  • Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and coordinate with vendors for the execution of work at various sites.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain accurate records at all project sites.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance.
