Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

As a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (RME Coordinator) in Delhi, India, you will collaborate with service technicians to design solutions for complex problems, manage external contractors, and be on call for emergencies. You'll handle multiple projects and daily activities while meeting deadlines and developing plans to achieve departmental and distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Develop training plans for service technicians and create Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.
• Troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and components including CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, devices, and communications modules (Ethernet).
• Mentor technicians through motivation, guidance, and direction to help them achieve their goals.
• Foster strong working relationships across all organizational levels and provide feedback to enhance individual performance.
• Manage purchase requisitions and vendors for site execution, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
