Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate Home Loan leads from the open market through various channels including DSAs, Connectors, or Builders.
• Meet clients to verify documents, process files, and coordinate for loan sanction and disbursement.
• Monitor sourced leads to ensure quality sourcing and quick conversion of prospects against targets.
• Engage with builders, DSA associations, and connectors for tie-ups and empanelment for housing loans.
• Collaborate with the Loan Processing Centre to facilitate file disbursement efficiently.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of organizational home loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Home Loan processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the local market potential.
