Regulatory Operations Analyst - G MASS Consulting - Delhi, India

G MASS Consulting is looking for a dedicated Transaction Reporting Analyst to provide crucial support to a diverse client base. This role is integral to a dynamic and collaborative support team tasked with managing global clients' transaction reporting obligations. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding client experiences through efficient workflow management, expert response to regulatory queries, and prompt resolution of daily reporting issues. This client-facing position demands robust communication skills, technical acumen, and a solid understanding of transaction reporting regulations such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, and/or SEC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring issues are tracked, managed, and resolved within stipulated timelines.
• Assist clients in understanding system functionalities and guide them through the resolution of transaction reporting challenges.
• Engage in client onboarding processes, including conducting training sessions and participating in on-site engagements as needed.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and monitor issues to resolution, collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Contribute to validation checks and user acceptance testing to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Provide support for bespoke client initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks including EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC, and/or SEC.
• A background in financial services, with a preference for securities finance or capital markets.
• Understanding of transaction reporting processes and data requirements.
• A strong ability to quickly comprehend technical concepts and work with complex systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, investigation, and issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, or a strong aptitude to develop these skills.
• Experience with third-party or vendor reporting platforms is considered an advantage.
