Our People & Culture function operates via a Centre of Excellence (CoE) model, providing scalable, specialized, and high-impact HR support across our global business divisions. This pivotal role will serve the MARKS business division, acting as a strategic partner to regional stakeholders throughout the EMEA region. While primarily supporting HR operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the role will also address broader HR needs for the Marks business globally. Close collaboration with the SVP HR, who leads EMEA and the Global Marks Creative business, will be integral.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven and highly collaborative HR professional based in India to support the HR needs of the EMEA region and the global MARKS business division. Reporting directly to the SVP HR Marks & EMEA, this individual contributor role demands strong business partnering capabilities within a global, matrixed environment. You will serve as a critical liaison between business leaders, regional teams, and HR CoEs, driving strategic alignment, facilitating reporting and analytics, coordinating stakeholder activities, enabling HR strategies, and supporting organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an action-oriented, independent operator adept at influencing stakeholders across regions, delivering results in a fast-paced, evolving post-merger landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with the SVP HR to execute strategies and key initiatives for the EMEA region and the Global Marks Creative business.
  • Coordinate and liaunt on various activities and projects with key HR and business leaders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and drive action on assigned key areas.
  • Translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives in partnership with CoEs.
  • Navigate and operate effectively within a global matrix and CoE-driven structure.
  • Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, HR Operations, Employee Experience).
  • Ensure the effective implementation of global HR programs across the region and business.

HR Operations

  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, and exits, across EMEA.
  • Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and consistency in HR systems and documentation.
  • Address employee and manager queries from various geographies.
  • Drive process standardization and operational efficiency.

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage HR data to generate insights on workforce trends (e.g., attrition, headcount).
  • Develop reports and analytics on key HR metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance outcomes.

Change Management & Transformation

  • Support M&A integration and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of new HR processes, structures, and tools.
  • Assist with communication, engagement, and transition planning.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Promote best practices and standardization.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless HR delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders, with EMEA exposure preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Flexibility to work within EMEA time zones.
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist roles.
  • Exposure to CoE-driven HR operating models.
  • Experience in M&A, HR transformation, or change management initiatives.
  • Experience working in matrix/global organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Tools & Technologies:

  • HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG or similar).
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced) - mandatory.
  • Power BI or other visualization tools (preferred).
