We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Senior Program Analyst - EIT, focusing on Network Security Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of network management tools, including integration with other systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, understanding network setups, logging and following up on cases with providers and OEMs until resolution, and updating/closing service desk tickets. The role also involves basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls. Additionally, candidates will be expected to acknowledge emails sent to the network ID, raise Change Requests (CR) or Engineering Change Requests (ECR), modify VLANs as per ticket or email instructions, and respond to alerts from SolarWinds. This position requires an immediate joiner.
