We are looking for a driven and meticulous Recruitment Manager to join our operations in Kolkata. This role is pivotal in identifying and onboarding exceptional talent, working collaboratively with hiring managers to meet their staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract leading candidates.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
• Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for precise record-keeping of candidate progress and hiring activities.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
