About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in IT recruitment to source, screen, and close candidates for diverse technologies including Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for both contract and full-time positions.
- Managing requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
- Conducting technical screens to match candidates with client needs.
- Coordinating interview schedules, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Building robust candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networking.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing.
- Solid understanding of current IT technologies and hiring workflows.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience with US-based staffing is highly preferred.
