Recruiter - Contract Staffing (IT)

Sellcraft Global Technology Solutions Private, a Pune-based firm, is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on contract staffing, contingent workforce solutions (C2H), and staff augmentation for premier IT services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit IT candidates for contract and Business Associate (BA) roles, utilizing platforms like Naukri.com (Resdex) and LinkedIn.
• Conduct full-life cycle recruitment, including technical screening, experience validation, and assessing notice periods, location preferences, and salary expectations.
• Manage high-volume submissions (10+ per day) with a strong emphasis on quality and speed, crucial for contract staffing.
• Coordinate the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Accurately maintain daily submission trackers, updating the status of each candidate profile.
• Negotiate salaries with candidates and build strong relationships with them, as well as MSP coordinators and client points of contact.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to review progress, pipeline, and any identified blockers.
• Develop and maintain a bench of pre-screened candidates ready for immediate deployment across key technology stacks such as .NET, Java, Python, SAP, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Testing.
• Familiarity with MSP platforms is a significant advantage.

Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience, with a focus on contract staffing, C2H, or staff augmentation.
• Proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting.
• Proficiency in using Naukri.com (Resdex), LinkedIn for sourcing, and other job boards.
• Experience sourcing for various IT roles including software development, IT infrastructure, testing, data engineering, SAP, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential for stakeholder interaction.
• Organized and disciplined with a data-driven approach to recruitment; experience with tracking systems is vital.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience staffing for large IT services companies or global consulting firms is a plus.
• Experience with background verification (BGV) processes and onboarding documentation is advantageous.
• An existing candidate network within the Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai IT markets would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance for contract hires is a plus.
