ReactJS Team Lead

Lead a team of front-end developers to deliver scalable and maintainable web applications using React.js. Own the architecture and technical decisions for complex UI features and systems. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices. Translate product requirements into technical specifications and timelines. Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, DevOps, and QA for end-to-end delivery. Drive performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design. Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and ensure timely feature delivery. Ensure high UI/UX consistency across the product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
• Strong foundation in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
• Solid experience designing component libraries and design systems.
• Familiarity with Next.js, SSR, and static site generation.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON data handling.
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, build optimization.
• Unit testing expertise (Jest, React Testing Library).
• CI/CD knowledge, Git versioning, ESLint, Prettier.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Bonus: Micro frontends, performance profiling, A/B testing frameworks exposure preferred.
