React.JS Specialist

You will design and build scalable systems to serve millions of loan seekers both within and outside of India. We value small, effective teams where you have ownership over what you build.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs), UX designers, and backend developers to implement elegant frontend solutions.

We are performance-obsessed: investigate bottlenecks and rewrite code with a focus on scalability and optimization.

You will also identify new libraries and technologies that solve our problems or offer valuable experimentation opportunities.

About you:

• Have 2-4 years of experience in web development (Full Stack is a plus).
• Come up with your own goals; thrive without heavy direction or daily check-ins.
• Experience setting up full UI workflows from Dev, Test, Build to Deployment.
• Are an expert in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (design patterns and tooling).
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS & frameworks.
• Familiarity with CSS pre/post-processors like PostCSS, SASS, LESS.
• Experience with high-productivity dev tools: Webpack, Babel, Unit testing.
• Knowledge of REST paradigms, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems.
• Understanding of Node servers, web sockets, and mechanisms for real-time async data.
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.
