Mejora Infotech is seeking a talented React.js Frontend Developer to join their dynamic team in Kolkata. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for building responsive and elegant web applications using React.js. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a work-from-office position based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features and components using React.js.
• Enhance and maintain existing React.js applications.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and adhere to coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of UI components.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Solid understanding of React.js core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
