React UI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled React UI Engineer with an Assistant Vice President title to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time position within the Technology job family, specifically in Applications Development.

Responsibilities

• Build modern frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop using core web technologies including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Implement solutions involving websockets or event-streaming.
• Utilize containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Apply strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Integrate UX design principles into development.
• Perform systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Manage and implement successful projects.
• Apply consulting and project management techniques.
• Manage deadlines and adapt to changing expectations.
• Implement state management libraries (redux, context API, zustand) for structured applications.
• Develop using micro-frontends (desirable).
• Utilize tools like Storybook for componentized development.
• Innovate in animation and data visualization using libraries such as d3.js, reactflow, or three.js.
• Push the boundaries of UI engineering to build next-generation developer platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience building modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React (or another UI framework), and TypeScript.
• Demonstrable experience in front-end development with React.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with websockets or event-streaming.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with UX design.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming.
• Experience in project management and implementation.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Experience with state management libraries (redux, context API, zustand).
• Experience with micro front-end is desirable.
• Experience with Storybook or componentized development.
• Experience with animation and data visualization tools (d3.js, reactflow, three.js).
• A passion for innovation and pushing UI engineering boundaries.
