React + Typescript + WCAG

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure digital products adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), making them accessible to individuals with disabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing UI components using React.js. This role requires strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. A thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including workflows and component optimization for diverse devices and browsers, is essential. Familiarity with newer EcmaScript specifications, RESTful APIs, and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token is expected. Experience with database platforms such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Redis, and SQLite is a plus. You should be comfortable with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM) and code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial. The ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design mockups into high-quality code is crucial.
