About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for mobile technology and a proven track record of building sophisticated, high-performance applications. You will play a crucial role in guiding technical decisions from concept to deployment and will be responsible for the entire mobile app development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and architects to translate complex business requirements into detailed technology specifications for various project modules.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications using React Native.
• Prepare comprehensive technical designs for module components, covering client/presentation tiers, server tiers, data access, data models, and integration components.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices, utilizing modern functional components with Hooks and class-based components as appropriate.
• Contribute significantly to the design and implementation of the build and release process, as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a substantial focus on React Native.
• Demonstrated experience as a React Native Developer, supported by a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store and Google Play.
• Proficiency in articulating the advantages and disadvantages of different technology stacks, components, or design patterns to clients and the project team, with the ability to drive technology and design selections for optimal architecture.
• A firm grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern ES6+ syntax.
• Proficiency in both functional and class-based components within the React framework.
• In-depth knowledge of React Native navigation, including experience with libraries like React Navigation and adherence to best practices for structuring app flow.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with deep linking to enable seamless user experiences initiated from external sources.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the React Native bridge and its critical role in facilitating communication between JavaScript and native layers.
• Experience implementing basic native functions and modules for accessing device-specific APIs and functionalities.
• Hands-on experience with native build tools such as Xcode and Gradle.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration capabilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Desired Skills

• Experience with native module development using Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
