React Native Developer

We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join a Series A funded California-based software development company. This is a full-time, permanent remote position. You will be responsible for building and maintaining production-ready mobile applications using React Native CLI (non-Expo). The role requires strong ownership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and close collaboration with design and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using React Native CLI.
• Implement responsive and pixel-perfect UIs across various devices and screen sizes.
• Take full ownership of assigned features, including development, bug fixing, and enhancements.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Integrate with backend APIs and manage real-world production data.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the feature delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Exposure to native module integration or platform-specific fixes.
• Understanding of app build and release processes for the Play Store and App Store.
