React Native Developer - Remote Opportunity

Metafic Co is seeking a skilled React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and scaling high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop high-quality UI components and features using React Native.
• Manage complex application states efficiently using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Context API.
• Integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL seamlessly into mobile applications.
• Optimize application performance, addressing bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user experience (targeting "60 FPS").
• Implement platform-specific code and handle deep integrations with native device APIs such as Camera, GPS, and Push Notifications.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Native Testing Library for robust code quality.
• Contribute to the end-to-end deployment process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a React Native Developer.
• Deep understanding of ES6+ JavaScript and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Solid grasp of React Hooks (useEffect, useMemo, useCallback) and component lifecycle management.
• Experience with React Navigation or Expo Router for efficient app navigation.
• Proficiency in styling React Native components using Flexbox, Styled Components, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with local data persistence solutions like MMKV, SQLite, or WatermelonDB.
