React Native Developer Position in Kolkata

Bit Canny technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced React Native Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join their mobile development team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, work-from-office role focused on building high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Translate UI/UX designs into precise mobile interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data flow.
• Optimize mobile applications for peak performance, stability, and scalability.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Manage the publishing and maintenance of applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with React Hooks and Functional Components.
• Demonstrated experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• A strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and platform guidelines.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with mobile development environments such as Android Studio and Xcode.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience developing with Native Modules for Android or iOS.
• Knowledge of the Expo framework.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Auth, Push Notifications, Analytics).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application development.
• Understanding of advanced app performance optimization techniques.
