React Native Developer

Navtech is looking for an experienced React Native Developer to architect, design, and deliver high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. As part of our cross-functional team, you will manage the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of software engineering: requirements analysis, architecture design, code development, and testing.
• Create pixel-perfect, buttery smooth user interfaces on multiple platforms using React Native.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both iOS and Android systems to ensure a truly native feel.
• Diagnose bugs and resolve performance bottlenecks in Hyderabad / Secunderabad markets.
• Collaborate with the open source community to implement mission-critical software fixes.
• Maintain clean, well-documented codebases and write automated tests for quality assurance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality releases every two weeks via Sprints.
• Review peer code with a focus on best practices and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment to ensure stability.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a React Native developer (1+ years) across the entire project lifecycle: concept, design, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Solid expertise in React JS, React Native, JavaScript, DOM Manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Proficiency with REACT tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Ability to write clean, well-documented JavaScript code tailored for local development environments.
• Expertise in managing third-party dependencies and resolving conflict issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage strategies relevant to Telangana's tech ecosystem.
• Experience publishing native mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play Store (Preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS is a plus for Hyderabad-based roles.
• Exceptional communication skills in English essential for team collaboration.
• Sophisticated problem-solving abilities with logical, systematic workflows.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Technology Management, or related fields from an English-medium institution.
