Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of React Native mobile applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implement complex features and functionality, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.
• Identify technical debt and propose solutions for refactoring and optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in mobile development technologies and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and productivity.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile development, with a focus on React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+ features.
• Extensive experience with React Native framework and its ecosystem (Redux, React Navigation, etc.).
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, including state management, data synchronization, and offline storage.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with native iOS and Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule.
