Digital Media Specialist - Marketing & Client Engagement

Consulligent is seeking a qualified Digital Media Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives using innovative new media and digital tools. If you excel at creatively managing online marketing channels such as websites, podcasts, and blogs, this role is for you. You will collaborate with various teams to orchestrate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ultimately driving company promotion and enhancing client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, and podcasts.
• Manage end-to-end digital projects from conception to completion.
• Build and maintain a strong online presence to elevate brand awareness.
• Cultivate and maintain a consistent, strong corporate voice across social media platforms.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Propose and implement direct marketing strategies to improve profitability.
• Monitor and report on Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the digital media landscape.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager.
• Solid understanding of visual communication principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in web design principles and content management systems (CMS).
• Outstanding analytical and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and perform under pressure.
• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a closely related field is required.
