React Native Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated React Native Developer to join our mobile engineering team. You'll design and build user-facing features for our B2B fintech platform, working in an agile environment where you'll own your work end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interface components for JavaScript-based mobile applications using React Native.
• Take ownership of assigned JIRA items and deliver them front to back, including unit testing and signed-off UAT within an agile/scrum delivery model.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve production incidents, and continuously improve front-end performance.
• Use Redux and related libraries to manage asynchronous API calls and application state.
• Write reusable, scalable and maintainable JavaScript code and build interchangeable front-end modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience building mobile applications with React Native (Mid-level).
• Proven expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with Redux for state management and asynchronous data flows.
