SharePoint Designs is seeking a motivated ReactJS Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our in-office development team in Chennai. This full-time role involves building and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications using ReactJS. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers in a dynamic, in-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS and associated libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and responsive interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend developers for efficient data flow.
• Optimize React components for performance across various devices and browsers.
• Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.
• Knowledge of SharePoint is beneficial.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux/MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Parcel).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.
• Knowledge of UI libraries like Material UI or TailwindCSS.
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
