This full-time, in-person role focuses on building high-performance, scalable web applications using modern React practices. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with UI/UX designers to create exceptional user interfaces.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled React JS Developer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of React JS, its ecosystem, and modern web development principles. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and maintaining robust, responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS, emphasizing functional components and hooks.
• Build reusable, scalable components adhering to SOLID principles.
• Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux Toolkit.
• Integrate authentication systems, including JWT and OAuth.
• Develop dynamic and high-performance data tables using AG Grid.
• Utilize React Hook Form for streamlined form handling and validation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into modern interfaces using Tailwind CSS and ShadCN UI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Actively participate in code reviews and team discussions to foster knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with React JS, including Hooks and Functional Components.
• Hands-on experience with:
• AG Grid for data table implementation.
• Tailwind CSS and ShadCN UI for modern interface design.
• Styled Components for component-level styling.
• Redux Toolkit for state management.
• React Hook Form for efficient form management.
• A strong understanding of component design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Proven experience in authentication integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and seamless API integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
