NetProphets Cyberworks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior React.js & MongoDB Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience. The role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications, requiring deep expertise in React.js for front-end development and MongoDB for database design and management, alongside strong full-stack capabilities. This is a permanent, in-person position based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js.
• Design scalable and efficient database schemas using MongoDB.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Lead front-end architecture decisions and establish best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and DevOps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure high-quality code through comprehensive testing and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and performance optimization techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and schema design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services and API architecture.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full MERN Stack development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Compensation

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
