Role Description:

Job Title: Senior Front End Developer

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 - Pune (EMEA Shift)

About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer specializing in React.js, you will design and develop modern, high-performance user interfaces for banking and insurance solutions. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable applications.

  • Design responsive UIs using React.js ensuring accessibility best practices.
  • Collaborate on frontend architecture definition.
  • Integrate backend APIs and manage complex state.
  • Implement automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI pipelines.
  • Contribute to technology choices and code quality improvements.

Tech Stack: Next.js 15, React.js 19, Java/Spring Boot, NestJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind.

Experience & Required Skills

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in frontend development on complex projects.
  • Proven track record with React.js production apps (micro-frontend/modular preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced expertise in Next.js/React ecosystem (Hooks, Router, Redux/Zustand/Recoil).
  • Strong JS (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Familiarity with a11y principles and UX standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented team player fluent in English.
  • Passion for high-performance interfaces.
